pause/restore a task #66

I realise that one of the main reasons why i use tags is to group together tasks that i want to account as one.

An alternative way to support this use case would be to allow the user to pause a task. There would be an area keeping the paused tasks, or all previous tasks could be restarted, as it happens in Toggl
