Using this for #34, the Mur project

The r package says that data is in datasets, folders and tables, but i did not understand the meaning of these groupings.

With reference to the page with all databases and tables codes here http://ec.europa.eu/eurostat/data/database (linked also above), i found that folders mimic the folders in a file system, while data and tables are like two main types of files that can be found there at the lowest encapsulation level
