Not working - Windows 10 #3

Don't know that the Win version is relevant, but there it is. I've tried, several times, to make this work. The files download and get installed as expected, but it doesn't seem to behave the way it ought to. For instance, I cannot type "[[" in Sublime Text 3. It will not allow typing a double left bracket. It, also, doesn't seem to be invoking the macros as expected.

Where am I (or it) going wrong?

I was able to get it working by modifying the 'Notes directory in the '.sublime-settings' file. The plugin searches this directory to find your notes.
