Модуль собран из исходников последней 
ревизии(27), но в консоли отображается 14.

I need more info where asterisk crashed, like output of gdb on core dump or gdb 
console. also may be problems can solver migrate to 32bit system.

Sequence is very simple: dongle ussd name *100#
Reason: cyrillic symbols in ussd/sms answer. Latin symbols is OK.

Some libs are absent?

Весьма вероятно проблема не в chan_dongle, а 
последовательности и способе сборки 
именно в optware/entware.

Но... причина так и не ясна, ошибка так и не 
исправлена.

Помогите чем можете... очень нужно 
запустить это на роутере :)
