Default IOS for loading games #558

Using the latest version of wiiflow (4.1.2).  I have to configure each of my 
games to use IOS 248.  AUTO causes the wii to crash when loading backups.  
Could there be a global setting to default to a certain IOS for new games?

By the way, thanks for this app, it is fantastic.
