So the "preparation" bits that apply to the various tacto objects should actually be in the recipe that they apply to (i.e. preparation for the fish should be with the fish, not in the full_taco). here's a good example of what your full_taco should look like: https://github.com/sinker/tacofancy/blob/master/full_tacos/pork_chard_onion.md Seriously, that minimal, because at the end of the day, all the work is happening in the objects, the full taco is just assembly.
Also, once you've got these done, please update INDEX.md with links to each recipe so they show up in the index.
