Add recipe for Mango Avocado Salsa #130

While this is a distinct Mango Avocado Salsa recipe, we already have both a Mango Avocado Salsa + a Mango Avocado Pico recipe. Perhaps it would make more sense to add this as a "variation" subhead on one of those two (see the pickled onion recipe for an example of what that looks like.)
