This sounds great, however this should be in base layers not full tacos, as it's simply a meat recipe (no need to tell people to put it in a tortilla, as that's what you do with a taco). If you can move this to the right directory, and update index.md as well, it can be merged.

To do that, make the changes on your fork, commit them and push them up to your fork. They'll show up on this pull request and we can merge it up.
