Create carnitas #52

Carnitas recipe. The slow cook portion is similar to a base layer already included, so maybe they should be merged with a variation option for the frying and different ingredients in the slow cooker? I'm also partial to the mexican name.

I think it's different enough to stand alone, as the process is clearly separate.

That said, I think that a line or two at the start that explains the process (i.e. slow cook, then pan fry) is important, as that is what makes this demonstrably different than the crock pot pork.
