Added Chorizo scramble (aka Mandy's Life-Saving Tacos) #82

So these need to go into the /full_tacos directory. OR be a pioneer and first create the /breakfast_tacos subdirectory inside /full_tacos. Once you've got this correctly placed--and updated the index accordingly--I'll merge. AND THEN MAKE AND EAT.

Whoops! Missed. (We're out of chorizo.)
