Feature Request: Ability to add Slack channels to Document Set #2782

Currently, only Sources can be added to a Document Set. So the entirety of a Slack workspace can be added or excluded from a particular Document Set. However, it would be ideal to be able to add specific channels (or regexes?) to the Document Set.

This would allow scoping of the included documents for retrieval to specific functional areas (e.g. Engineering or Marketing, etc).

It should be possible to create a slack connector scoped to a specific set of channels, and then add that to the document set. Would that work for your use case?

While that would accomplish a similar outcome, it would be clunky because it would require coordination with the Slack admin to install new connectors any time a new document set would need to be created.
