Indicators for HOTAS #286

Suggestion, not bug: The current lines used to indicate where the throttle and stick are really aren't necessary, especially when you are not attempting to align them with the locations of the in-game controls (i.e. playing on your leg). Since the grab buttons are dedicated to the purpose of grabbing the controls, you could just auto-place the controllers wherever you grip. The speed indicator on the throttle line isn't necessary, since you can look at the in-game thtottle or scanner to see how it's set, though you could still place the indicator whever you grip.

Suggestion, not bug: In the same vein, a vibration feedback on the throttle at max., min. and the half-way point would really help to manage speed without looking at the throttle.
