FSS button not working, cannot bind any button to start FSS mode #294

Holographic buttons read your controls for a keyboard binding. Do you have a keyboard binding for FSS? What output do you get in the overlay's desktop window?

Check the Elite VR Cockpit log in the open window. I had this issue as well and had to remap the keyboard shortcut to a keypress that is recognized.

Love this project! I had no interest in this game before finding this mod, now it's one of my top VR experiences.

@CheesyDwarf995 I also had this issue and the Desktop Window overlay told me: "Could not send keypress Key_Apostrophe, did not understand one or more of the keys"

rebinding the Enter FSS mode command to a different set of keys than the default ['] fixed this for me

Ok, looks like someone sent me the mapping for Key_Aprostrophe in #237. I still need to add it to the mapping.
