Allow running without vJoy #80

vJoy is only used for the virtual HOTAS. We may want to support some way of running without vJoy for the hybrid users that use a real HOTAS.

The galaxy map also uses axis bindings, so I might not actually support running without vJoy.

Hey, a real joystick for the right hand and 6DOF VR controller for the left hand would be a pretty awesome way to play. Then you could get the best of both worlds!

That would also require vJoy to work. Hybrid play like that would be #51 and #96.
