Level script check for identified fish total not working correctly #66

Repro steps:

  1. speak to the tycoon (pictured below, he's at the west edge of the town square) and click through his dialog.
  2. Identify 3 fish
  3. Speak to the tycoon again.

Results: the dialog TycoonNoFishNoKey plays. Expected results: He now play the dialog TycoonYesFishNoKey
