Do something with the fish shadow art, just for polish? #86

We have the assets for this. If it's something that sounds fun to implement, go for it.

The reason I vote we don't do this is because adding fish to me says "you should fish here". If they have no impact on gameplay, then they may mislead the player into thinking that fishing is somehow better in this area.
