Add the XR Plugin to the uproject file
Add SlateCore and XRBase to PublicDependencyModuleNames
Updated PerInstanceUpdate.Add to a TArray parameter
Related engine config file updates
Updated .gitignore

I have verified that it builds (in Rider at least) and runs under Unreal Engine 5.3.1.

Magic, thanks keenan-v1! I couldn't get it working in 5.1 when I tried
