What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. use iPhone from outside LAN
2.
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
.9.21 on OS X 10.5.1

Please provide any additional information below.
I think my problem is with my router. I'm in an office environment, where I
have connected an
Airport Base Station to the Ethernet port in my office, which I presume is in
turn connected to a
Router somewhere (because there is an Ethernet port in every office on my
floor). I've enabled
the port-mapping on the Airport to 5010, but I probably have to do something to
the 1st Router,
correct? i.e., when I use the LAN, I have an address like 10.1.2.x But, from
a working Browser
on my computer, when I do whatismyIP.com, I get a number like 215.62.xxx.xxx
No matter
how many times I put in that IP number:5010, it doesn't work from the iphone OR
from a
browser window on the computer, so I'm thinking there is a port/firewall
problem on the main
router (not the one in the Airport). Am I making any sense?

Hello,

Maybe the firewall is activated on your mac. Try this :
