After downloading and opening nothing happens or loads #124

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Downloading application
2. Double-clicking on application
3. Opening application

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Something should come up that allows me to create a username and password.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
iPhone Remote 0.9.21, Mac OS X 10.4.11

Please provide any additional information below.
When opening up the application, nothing happens at all, nothing appears. I 
tried downloading 
the application multiple times and I still had this problem.
