cant see apps on iphone? blank screen,,,

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. connect to computer so that i can see the background image on my iphone.
2. install .tapp files and they appear in /Apps
3. still only see background image on the iphone... no applications

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
the applications need to appear on the iphone

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
iphone remote 0.9.21 os x 10.4.10 and iphone 1.1.3

Please provide any additional information below.
what am i doing wrong or not doing.....

the icons are still not appearing on the iphone just the background image. i 
used safari on my mac to access the 
files on the same mac and it works ?? whats wrong with my phone ?

I am having this same problem.  I used this app frequently last semester over 
the school wifi but now that I have moved out of the dorms it is not working in 
my home network.  I have not tried it again this year through the school but I 
don't think that should be the source anyways.

Anyone have any ideas???  Mine also worked when testing it on the computer but 
not on the iPhone.
