Telekinesis interfere with Back to My Mac?? #134

Open GoogleCodeExporter opened 8 years ago

GoogleCodeExporter commented 8 years ago
What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Launch iPhone Remote
2. Leave local network
3. Attempt to connect via Back to my Mac

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
If I leave iPhone remote active, I am unable to connect to my home machine (Mac
Mini) with my
laptop (MacBook Pro) via Back to my Mac.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
0.9.21 on OSX Leopard 10.5.5

Please provide any additional information below.
I think I explained it pretty well, but once again, If I leave iPhone Remote
running on my home
desktop, I AM able to connect with my iPhone 3G through Safari, but when iPhone
Remote is
running, I am NOT able to connect to said machine from my MacBook Pro via Back
to My Mac. I'm
assuming this is a port issue.

you said that you are able to connect to your iphone 3g through safari. so
what i
want to know is are you on the same network or are you doing that through at&t
3g
network. if your are going through the 3g network could you please explain to
me how
you are doing that, becuase i would like to know how to do that. (feel free to
e-mail

far as connecting one machine to another, i have a good tutorial that will help
you
