Make media port selectable and not default 5009 #42

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Use an aiport extreme and try to punch out port 5009 for media streaming

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Airport has reserved port 5009 for admin tasks. We should make the default 
something else (5012? 
5013?) but also add a field in the prefpane to set it up to the user's will.

Should be easy now. The cocoa writes the config file on the fly.

committed and tested in r66 -- pref pane now has a media port selector, default 
is 5012.
