iPR quits immediately if there are Apps present in the Apps folder #87

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Empty the Apps folder
2. create a new .tapp with only two files: index.php and <appname>.png
3. open iPhone Remote

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
iPhone Remote should open and stay open. Instead, it crashes immediately.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Version 0.9.18 on Mac OS X 10.4.10 (PowerMac G5)

Still present in 0.9.19, only index file is necessary, and it's not .php 
specific (of
course).

Can you compile/run trunk? I ran into this this a.m. and I think I fixed it in 
r129. Let me know please

I wasn't able to compile, but I just downloaded 0.9.21 and it launches without 
crashing no matter what I have in 
~/.../Apps/
