Syncing by ID appears to not work unless full sync is run #28

If a contact doesn't match a Facebook user, and you add a facebook ID to the notes field, it doesn't match on a normal sync, only on a full sync (ie. removing all existing data)

Matching by FB ID works only for "new" contacts, as the matching algorithm is triggered only when importing a new contact. This means that it's only recommended with "Sync all contacts" unchecked.

I do have sync all contacts checked.

Although I understand the issue, it's not an actual bug and I won't change this behavior for now. Closing this.
