Deleted contacts returning after full sync #44

I'm using this for only available contacts syncing. I lost connection with one of my contacts, so I deleted that contact. I needed to full rsnc and I did it. I saw that contact in my contact list but without phone number.

  1. sync first time
  2. delete a contact from phone contact list
  3. run full sync

I don't understand the problem here. From what I understand, that's normal behavior. What have you expected to happen?

sorry for my bad english.

I want to sync only if I have phone number of contact. After first sync I deleted a contact (because my friend lost that phone number, etc.). After that I want to reset facebook connection (I'm trying different roms, every time reinstalling UberSync), I did full sync with UberSync (or reinstall any other device or rom). I saw deleted contact with only UberSync link without phone number. I don't want a contact without phone number in my contact list. Am I understandable now?

I think disable "Sync all contacts" is what you're looking for.

problem is there. it is already disabled.

If "Sync all contacts" is not enabled, the app will only import contacts if it can find a match for it (by full name) in the existing contact list. This feature is proven to work well and I don't see how it can fail. It's not blacklisting, it's whitelisting - it only imports contacts if at least one matching contact is found - so it's most likely to skip the contact when something fails, not the other way around.

Of course, it needs a full sync if the contact was previously imported, but you said you did that. So the only explanation would be that you still have a contact with that name in your phone. (it can be from google, skype, twitter or whatever)

Sorry, it is my fault. I delete google contact provider but contacts not deleted.
