Introduce weight limit #33

You could introduce a "soft" weight limit by reducing available AP when
carrying more items.

Perhaps it should only be reduced to 6 AP as you need 6 AP to move.
Perhaps this table should be a good base of the reduction:

items carried AP
------------- --
0-15 10
15-30 9
30-45 8
45-60 7
60-75 6

The items equipped are not "carried" ones.
There could be a skill improving the number of items carried

By implementing a weight limit, or even an item limit, the complication of
quest completion is introduced. As we have already experienced, NPC's have
requested items be brought to them to complete small quests. If you save items
as you discover them, such as a sword dropped by a gargoyle after slaying it,
and keep doing so, you might find a quest that requires you to deliver 100
swords to a village to help it defend itself from an impending attack much
easier to complete.

It works in elder scrolls 3: morrowind(my fave game of all time). So long as
its like it is in that then yeah it makes sense you can't just carry 99
bonemeal potions and 99 meat lol

All I can say is no.. just no. I agree with the fact that weight limitations
are annoying.

Weight is annoying, but it doesn't have to be evil.

Include decimal places and give a long list of stuff that's weightless.

It's a very good idea. Why is not implemented in the game (maybe as option)?
