Can you be more specific? What does happen when you try to rename the folder?
Error
with Force close window?

I am unable to find the download folder on my droid that contains the
additional puzzles. When it is
downloaded I get an error that says there is not a program to open it. I can
create a new folder in the
menu for "very hard" but that is the extent of it. I love the program and I
prefer it to any of the others
but I've completed them all and looking for more to play.

Puzzles should be downloaded directly to the OpenSudoku after clicking on link
in a
browser. You don't have to create any folder manually, it should be there right
after
downloading.
Is your phone Verizon's Droid? Do you use standard web browser?
Here is alternative way how to download and import puzzles, you can give it a
try:
Download any *.opensudoku file to your computer, copy it to the sdcard on the
phone
and open it with OI File Manager.
Or you can enter puzzles by hand, just press menu button on sudoku list and
select
"Add sudoku".
Let me know if anything of this helped.

I am able to reproduce the issue on the droid with the Dolphin browser. When I
use the built-in
browser, there is no issue.
