Tiles from index.php sorting and displaying incorrect time #8

index.php tiles are showing Last Created and not Last Modified. They are also sorting based off of Last Created which is a fail

To further expand on the sorting mechanism: we want to sort by MOST RECENTLY UPDATED as default. We should also add the option to sort by other data, as well as filter specific selections based off of project tags #14
