initialCountry #19

initialCountry does not reflect

Sample code: initialCountry: CountryPickerUtils.getCountryByIsoCode('KE'),

In version 1.0.0-beta.0, I guess that this initialCountry will be delete, because:

  1. Need a country_pickers library (no exposed by form_builder_phone_field)
  2. Allready has a property to set default country iso code, defaultSelectedCountryIsoCode
