Add a "rotate" feature #20

Central Park vs. Golden Gate Park is calling for it.

This could either be done as an auto-rotate button, or as a handle that shows up when you click on a shape.

If I were willing to switch away from D3 and SVG in favor of canvas, fabric.js has a nice interactive rotation feature: http://fabricjs.com/controls-customization/
