Missing Denver, Colorado #22

It's unclear why it's getting dropped.

The problem is that this URL doesn't work: http://freebase.com/wikipedia/en_title/Denver$002C_Colorado

The wikipedia/en_title namespace is very lossy. I might be better off downloading a big mapping of Freebase mids to Wikipedia articles.

There's also a /wikipedia/en_id accessor, which might be more reliable.
