Small countries are low resolution #24

e.g. Singapore vs. NYC. NaturalEarthData has higher resolution data, or I could switch over to the raw OSM data for small countries.

Plugging in the 10M cultural shapes from Natural Earth Data is better, but still not great. Need to get these from OSM. image
