Mobile keyboard quirks #8

There are some issues where select2 doesn't show/hide the keyboard at the right time on mobile.

One example: On iOS, click "Australia" to open the selection list and the keyboard. Hit "Done" to close the keyboard. The selection box is still visible. Now hit the background of the page to close the selection box. This re-opens the keyboard!

Selecting a country should be a full-screen experience on mobile. There should be nothing on the screen but a keyboard and the filtered features list.
