Migrate old material #1

Files/folders to migrate from danvk.org before switching my domain over fully:

Note: danvk.org/dragtable redirects to danvk.org/wp/dragtable This should probably have a "danger" header linking to http://akottr.github.io/dragtable/, which has been updated more recently than 2009.

http://danvk.org/gwbasic/ is a form which runs a Python program on the server. It can't be migrated. What might make more sense is to move it to a different domain (or subdomain) and redirect to it from GitHub pages.

The easy stuff is done. The Boggle and GW-Basic stuff can't be migrated, but could be served off of a subdomain that remains on dreamhost.

The blog is going to be a nightmare.

Boggle is as migrated as it can be. The GW-BASIC page is stubbed out. If anyone wants it, I can port it over to Heroku. The old page didn't work anyway.
