Add a "rotate" button #29

In computer bridge you're typically South. From a user:

it was hard to orient myself to the W player when I'm so used to playing S in computer play! The first time I went through it, I accidentally switched over to trying to win as S halfway through the hand, and had to start fresh to think as player W.
