App does not sync events I host #21

Confirmed that self-hosted event does not appear on my device calendar. The event is present in the source data though, so it's a bug in the app not a limitation on FB side.

Works, this was initially probably a misunderstanding from communication with a user: when users create an event on a page they are not automatically participating and thus missing in the iCal.

There are probably some ways to get to those events through the API, but I am not going to implement that, not at this point anyway.
