Fix problems posting and loading images #19

Hi,

I fixed a few problems for posting/loading images:

It was not possible to upload/post images to a channel or direct message.
Images being posted to a channel or direct message were not downloaded/shown in app.

Hi @decon4. Thanks a lot for you patch and I'm terribly sorry it took me so long to get to review and merge this that you were forced to fork the project yourself.

I have pulled in all your commits, except those related to the forking of the project. There are some more patches coming in regarding authentication, so I'll do a new release soon with all those fixes included.

Once again, thanks for those fixes!
