Add .env #133

Probably the best idea to add a .env - so that all envs are easily configable like what Laravel 5 has.

Well we've got that in the setup, but it needs to be capable of understanding docker links. Or does it?

I think this is better using a Wordpress-like setup. People can manually make their own ini files if they really want to.
