Include DLNA server as module / component / image / microservice #214

Node module probably unless a docker component just exists

Could be easier after #206

E.g. https://hub.docker.com/r/viranch/minidlna/ Could just use as long as host option exists in docker compose Maybe need to consider transcoding (again, or live) for fussy clients, ugh. This could then allow appropriate bitrates / variable depending on network conditions
