Need to update Instructions for how to find SIC #10

Need to add better instructions on how to find the SIC conversion factor as not clear. The SIC code is not in the excel sheet that directing people towards

Thanks for the commit request @waddy79! My intention is that pulls into the main branch will be solutions to this sort of issue (e.g. rather than including a in-line comment highlighting the issue, commiting the solution to said issue as necessary), so will close this for now and add to the 'Issues' tab.
