Further to this, in the final 3 sections on Reduced/Standard/Optimal 'calculation: Electricity (transmission and distribution)', the TDFac used is taken from the BEIS Conversion factors Scope 3 tab 'Transmission and distribution'.

For reference in 2019 this was 0.02170kg CO2e/kWh.

However should scope 3 emissions not also utilise and sum the emissions associated with 'WTT- UK electricity (generation)' and 'WTT- UK electricity (T&D)' as outlined in the Scope 3 tab 'WTT- UK & overseas elec'. [Since 2022, overseas have been omitted from the BEIS conversion factors and the tab is now named 'WTT- UK electricity'.]

For reference in 2019 this was 0.03565 kgCO2e/kWh (WTT- generation) and 0.00303 kgCO2e/kWh (WTT- T&D).

I have been encouraged to consider the sum of all 3 factors when reporting the scope 3 emissions of electricity usage, and wondered if the methodology for Calculations: Electricity (transmission and distribution) and the following worked examples should be updated to reflect this.
