Pictures move when clicked #18

I imagine that we will implement click to select. Maybe to multi select or edit metadata etc. In which case pictures moving when you click them seems wrong.

I plan to add an 'annotate' tab to the move/resize/delete menu. We could make that the default, or make 'safe' the default so nothing happens when you select a painting unless you select one of the tabbed options.
