Drag and Drop Resources on to link on Richtext TVs does not work #16

I tried to link to an internal page by highlighting a word within a richtext TV and dragging a resource from the file tree on top of the word. This did not link the word. It caused the dragged resource to get caught on the cursor. I was forced to reload the page in order to make any further edits.
