Tool Restriction #380

When I select 'Tools' in the drop down box in the Ranks tab, it shows no tools.
'Commands' and 'Privileges' show a list of things, but 'Tools' does not.

How would I get this to work? I get no errors.

I get this error as well. My SVN Revision is 177. I included a screenshot with 
the button I clicked to check all is circled.

ive had it too but if you scroll in the box where they should be they show up  
(or at least they do 4 me)
