Is this BSD? I'd be happy to replace Wax's implementation with this if you believe it's been cross-browser tested.

Haven't tested mobile yet, but ie9, firefox, chrome have been fine. Will do some more testing today and post back :)

Yep will be BSD. I'll get a licence up today.

I've used the mapbox geography class grid json in the example, I'll add something to thank you guys in there (I'm assuming usage of it is okay :-))

MIT Licence added. (About same as BSD) Tested IE7-9 (needed some fixes) and iOS, so we should be good on the browser front.
