MCTS with better default moves #33

Instead of the single tuneable, use the global tuneable. Check how it performs vs current one.

Ran CompareTwoAi to compare these. Single vs PerPosition 51 v 49

Single vs Random 52 v 48

Interesting that this doesn't help the MCTS
