Can't copy .tif layer #13

I get "Error: Cannot copy layer NE2_LR_LC_SR_W_DR.tif" (natural earth base) followed by "Consolidation failed." Obviously happy to exclude that layer from the consolidation, as it's easily replaceable, but...how do I avoid this?
