Scrambled VRT Rasters in GeoPackage #2

It cannot seem to handle virtual rasters when output to GeoPackage with 'scale dependent visibility' set in QGIS . It tries to interpret them but fails. I think this is more of a GeoPackage issue than the plugin. Thought I would mention it. win
