Justification for response.NotInScope:

As seen from the user guide, we have already specified that TrackAScholar only accepts commands and prefixes in lower-case, but we could possibly consider case-insensitive commands and prefixes in further iterations. Due to this, we consider this report as not in scope, following the guidelines below.
