Error messages are wrong, not human readable and pop up twice for rule breaks #11

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. start game
2. select cards that cannot be dropped
3. try to drop them

What is the expected output? 
should explain why this is not allowed

What do you see instead?
2 error message dialogs pop up:
1) not your turn (wrong)
2) reason is clipped and there is a code
